Ingredients for Honey Mustard lobster of shrimp Kebabs
Ingredients for Honey Jerk Beef Tenderloin Kebabs
3 lbs. beef or pork tenderloin
1 Bottle of Belcour Honey Jerk Sauce
1 medium yellow onion, diced
½ sweet green pepper, diced
2 T. curly parsley, chopped
¼ t. black pepper
2 ripe plantains, cut in 2” rounds
1 cup fresh button mushrooms
2 red onions, quartered
1 red bell pepper, seeds and stems removed, cut in eighths
1 yellow sweet pepper, seeds and stems removed, cut in eighths
2 T. olive oil
4 oz. bottle of Beer
1 T. pure honey

Note: if any sauce remains, bring to a boil and serve with kebabs.
Method for Honey Jerk Tenderloin Kebabs
Preheat gas grill to 400 degrees. If using a charcoal grill, make sure it is very hot.
If using bamboo skewers (instead of stainless steel skewers), soak in water for one hour.
Remove beef from marinade and thread on skewers, alternating with vegetables.
Note: Generously butter some dinner rolls and wrap in foil. Place on the grill for 5 minutes
